I’m a Senior Product Designer and over the years, I’ve created a workflow that helps me stay efficient while delivering high-quality work.

No missing deadlines, no stressful nights, and no bad reviews from the clients.

Having a great client workflow means having a process that ensures everything flows smoothly from start to finish, keeping everyone satisfied.

Here’s a breakdown of my system for managing client projects.

1. Client Briefing

Understanding what the client really needs is the first step I take. Without understanding which problems it should solve, the website will be almost useless.

I scheduled a few short calls and prepared the Notion files with all the crucial questions.

Usually, clients come to me to redesign their current websites, so I’ll need to figure out how their current website isn’t serving them.
